What the integration does
EcoHedge integrates directly with Xero to import your business transactions automatically. Once connected, your purchase invoices, bills and expense claims flow into EcoHedge where our categorisation engine maps each transaction to the correct emission factor.
The integration is read-only and secure. EcoHedge accesses your transaction data to calculate emissions but never modifies your Xero records. Your accounting data remains untouched.
As a certified Xero App Store partner, EcoHedge meets Xero's security and quality standards. The integration uses OAuth 2.0 authentication and data is encrypted in transit and at rest.
How to connect Xero
Sign Up to EcoHedge
Create your free EcoHedge account. No credit card required to get started.
Connect Xero
Click 'Connect Xero' and authorise the integration. EcoHedge will request read-only access to your transactions.
Select Your Period
Choose the reporting period you want to calculate. EcoHedge imports the relevant transactions.
Review and Report
Review the automated categorisation, make any adjustments, and generate your carbon report.
